HR & Talent Partner (Temporary Position)

Hypernative is the leading security company in the Web3 space, providing proactive threat detection and mitigation for DeFi projects, blockchains, asset managers, and crypto exchanges.

We are looking for a HR & Talent Partner to join our HR team and take an active role across recruiting and broader people initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across different areas of HR, driving processes, and getting things done in a fast-moving environment.

The role will initially be a temporary position, with significant potential to become permanent.

As an HR & Talent Partner you will support recruitment across the company while playing a key role in our day-to-day HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different teams and geographies, including sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support and drive day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, and employee changes.
- Maintain HR systems, employee data, and ongoing HR administration.
- Help improve and streamline HR processes, workflows, and tools as we continue to scale.
- Support managers and employees on day-to-day HR-related topics and needs.
- Take an active role in employee experience, engagement, and company-wide People initiatives.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives based on the team’s and company’s evolving needs.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in broader HR processes and HR systems.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive things forward.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and jumping between different types of tasks and priorities.
