About the Team & Business Line:

Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning Citco to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs. As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business. The Business Success Lead is a senior role responsible for ensuring portfolio delivery is aligned to strategic objectives and generates measurable value. Acting as the primary interface between delivery teams and stakeholders — including executive leadership and end users — this role drives prioritization, performance, and continuous improvement across the portfolio

About You:

• 15+ years of industry experience.

• Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree

• Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP etc)

• Proven experience in portfolio, programme, or business relationship management

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive level

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of value delivery and ROI

• Analytical approach to performance measurement and decision-making

• Experience working cross-functionally in a complex, matrixed organisation

• Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives essential

• Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills
