Job Responsibilities

- Independently plan, schedule, and activate document requests.
- Work together with team members every day to set the order of documentation activities.
- Aid in the process and issuance of complex new documents.
- Perform reviews of all documentation packages.
- Conduct training for all online documentation when available.
- Notify reviewers of overdue documents.
- Resolve documentation issues with supervision to ensure acceptability.
- Discard documents per procedures.
- Apply the AS400, TcU, and Document Management computer systems.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by management/supervision.
- Conduct department 6S audits.
- Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, established guidelines, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues occur.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for direct engagement with team members, management, and other plant personnel.
- Robust clerical background with excellent typing skills.
- Inquisitive nature and ability to formulate plans to solve problems.
- Highly proficient in computer operations.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and adherence to said regulations.
- Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and handling large volumes of incoming work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Speed and efficiency in task execution.
- Good knowledge of the Cleveland Documentation System.
- Great teammate mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Physical Requirements

- Meet visual acuity requirements as detailed in local procedure.
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Ability to reach above the shoulder.
- Ability to bend/stoop.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to do a considerable amount of walking.

Required Education and Experience

- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is the minimum requirement.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $38,400 - $48,000 annually. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
