Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Associate to join the Logistics Process Team at our Sesto Fiorentino (FI) site.
Reporting to Manager - Materials and External Warehousing , you will plan and coordinate warehouse bulk processing for cartridges and syringes/trays, making sure all quality and regulatory checks are completed before each activity starts. You will manage material flows between Sesto and our external warehouses, from arrival plans and transfers to KPIs and the invoicing cycle, and help keep Lilly warehouse capacity under control.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work daily with Material Planners, Customer Service, Buyers, Finance, Quality, HSE and external partners. It suits someone who enjoys being the connection point between teams and keeping every detail in order.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate bulk processing for cartridges and syringes/trays, partnering with Material Planners and Customer Service on allocation, demand and shipment needs
- Ensure quality and regulatory checks are completed and documented before bulk processing starts
- Manage reverse logistics flows for trays and pallets between Sesto and external warehouses, aligning replenishment and cleaning with stock levels and production needs
- Coordinate with external warehouse partners on arrival planning, performance KPIs and PO/invoice management, working with Finance on forecasts and accruals
- Support warehouse saturation management by coordinating material transfers and CRT arrival planning with Buyers and the Logistics Process Team
- Own the routine and extraordinary material destruction process, in alignment with the Logistics Process Team
- Support the weekly confirmation of the API/excipients arrival plan with Buyers
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics or a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain is strongly preferred
- Fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English
- Familiarity with management systems such as SAP and Veeva
- Good command of Excel

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
€36,370 - €75,680
