Location: Northern Scottsdale
Job Type : Contract/ Seasonal – Looking for specific availability for an event on Friday October 16th and available for in person training Tuesday October 6th 530p-730p IN person downtown phoenix or virtually. 
Compensation: $30/hour for event day. $50 flat rate for training.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced, professional High-Level Server with a strong background in fine dining and high-end event service. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of elevated hospitality, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate the needs of discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable table service in a formal setting, including plated, coursed, and cocktail-style service
- Maintain a refined presence and composure in high-pressure, high-profile environments
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with event coordinators, chefs, and other service staff to ensure seamless event execution
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and discretion
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on menu offerings, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails when applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a server in fine dining or luxury event settings
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service etiquette
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with VIP clients, celebrities, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Familiarity with formal service styles (e.g., French, Russian, butlered, etc.)
- Fine dining or hospitality training/certifications a plus
