Verde Landscape Companies is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy travel, as we have projects all across West Texas. You can be based in Lubbock or Amarillo, or even outside the state, as long as you are open to travel.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience leading landscape construction projects. These are typically ground-up new installations, from irrigation to planting, so ideal candidates have experience across all phases of landscape installation
- Strong understanding of landscape blueprints and plans, with the ability to interpret them on-site
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment
- A clean driving record and the willingness and ability to travel across West Texas for installation jobs
- Ability to stand, sit, lift, and kneel as needed for the project
- Proven track record of keeping jobs on schedule and on budget

About the role:
This is a true road-warrior position that allows for a unique opportunity to travel across West Texas completing landscape construction projects. These are true ground-up new installations. Our Landscape Installation Foreman will guide teams through these projects, working alongside the crews to ensure positive outcomes for our clients on each project, maintaining project budgets, schedules and ensuring the project comes together as intended.
