This role will lead a team within the Americas Nuclear Services Sales organization and be accountable for orders, margin, and growth across the installed base of nuclear plants in North America. The role covers services and upgrades for steam turbine, generator, reactor components, refueling outages and nuclear fuels.

Success in this role looks like:
In this role, you will manage a sales team with an operating plan focused on growing market share while delivering orders and contribution margin targets. You will lead customer relationships, drive speed and simplicity in segment decision-making, and ensure commitment and adherence to the Nuclear Market Strategy and Daily Management objectives. You will also identify opportunities for volume growth, backlog expansion, and portfolio solutions. Success requires strong knowledge of market economics, competitive dynamics, technology, and complex project execution.
Your Role:
- Lead a team of Sales Managers to identify and create customer needs, solve business challenges through a consultative approach, develop strategic sales and business plans, and deliver revenue, margin, and market penetration commitments.
- Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and create strategies to win profitable business.
- Own customer satisfaction evaluation, action plans, and follow-through.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the sales team to attract, retain, grow, and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure commitment and adherence to the Nuclear Market Strategy and Daily Management objectives.
- Own the accuracy of orders, commitments, and convertible orders forecasts at the sub-regional level.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and promote a customer-centric mindset.
- Provide demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations and Finance.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer strategy, profiles, requirements, outage schedules, and competitor actions; share insights internally and use market knowledge to drive sales opportunities.
- Support and lead deal strategy development and reviews with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service Directors, and other functional groups as required.
- Continuously monitor and drive development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities.
- Lead and/or participate in Lean initiatives and principles in support of the Sales and Commercial teams.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the power generation industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with, and knowledge of product and services associated with, steam turbine and generator technology, nuclear reactor operations, maintenance and nuclear refueling processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service in the power generation industry.
- Experience directly managing employees.

- Postgraduate degree in business and/or engineering.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $151,400.00 and $252,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
