Field Graphics Installer

With guidance, the graphics installer will visit stores to update weathered signage, verify signage compliance, and complete store-requested service tickets. The installer will also help when needed with sign production and other needs in the office

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, distribute, and install various signage at company stores including but not limited to large format vinyl decals and coroplast signs

- Visit new stores to set up for opening day. This would consist of applying various decals inside and outside and would require overnight stay.

- Ensure quality and brand standards are upheld across all marketing materials

- Have a thorough understanding of the ticket system. Generate daily store visits from the tickets. Close out tickets in a timely manner

- Operate large format printing, plotting, and cutting machinery when needed.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure integration of marketing efforts, on-brand messaging, and successful outcomes in support of the organization's strategic goals

- Participate in and complete other marketing-related activities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Knowledge of sign production

- Able to manage a variety of timelines and multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Required:

- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to go between stores frequently, safely and without difficulty.

Preferred:

- At least 1 year of sign production and/or installation experience

- Experience working with wide-format printers and plotters

- Ability to use a wide range of graphic design tools and software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a work table

- Climbing, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and ladder usage will be required

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

- Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying climates

TRAVEL

- This position requires roughly 75% travel between stores

- Will be required to travel and operate company vehicles at our locations between SC and FL

- Occasional overnight stays will be required during the workweek

- Must be able to travel to new stores before their scheduled openings

- Overtime for special occasions with advanced notice may be necessary
