What You Will Experience:
As part of the Commercial Excellence Program, you will be based in Milan, Italy , one of Prysmian's key commercial hubs.
You will embark on:
- A structured development journey combining learning, business exposure, and real-world challenges.
- Rotations across key commercial functions
- Exposure to strategic customer interactions, commercial negotiations, and business decision-making.
- A dedicated mentor from Prysmian's leadership team to support your development throughout the program.

Who we are looking for:
- Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
- Passion & interest in technology and innovation.
- Ambitious self-starters who are hungry to learn, determined to succeed, and ready to go the extra mile to make an impact.
- International mobility is mandatory.
What we offer you:
- Type of contract: Permanent full time
- Location: Milano
- Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
- Job Level/Category: in line with the applicable collective agreement
- Gross annual salary no less than: 34.000
- The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives.
