Atlassian is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect – Accenture , reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions - AMER.

In this strategic, high-impact role, you will be the dedicated technical leader driving the joint solutions architecture and co-innovation agenda with Accenture , one of our premier Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). You will partner with Accenture’s industry leads, practice directors, and enterprise architects to move beyond traditional service delivery—building differentiated, industry-specific solutions, proprietary IP, and advanced AI/Work Graph integrations that unlock massive transformational value for Fortune 500 customers.

The Partner Solutions team brings together experts in Solution Architecture, Applied AI & Extensibility, Enterprise Work Management, and Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
We focus on building deep GSI technical capabilities—empowering global partners like Accenture to create high-value offerings, domain-specific blueprints, and innovative AI agentic workflows on the Atlassian Cloud platform. What You’ll Do
- Lead the Accenture Technical Strategy: Own the technical architecture roadmap, capability strategy, and joint innovation initiatives with Accenture across AMER and global markets.
- Architect Differentiated Joint Solutions: Collaborate with Accenture practice leads to design, package, and bring to market repeatable, high-value offerings, industry vertical blueprints, and custom AI agents powered by Atlassian Rovo and the Teamwork Graph.
- Drive AI Maturity & Enablement: Lead deep-dive architectural design sessions (ADS), hackathons, and technical bootcamps for Accenture’s global practices, establishing benchmarks (such as the AI Maturity Index) to accelerate partner AI proficiency and practice scale.
- Unify Enterprise Data with Teamwork Graph: Guide Accenture architects in connecting complex client ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub) into Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph to deliver enriched context and activate business outcomes with Atlassian Rovo and collections.
- Support Strategic Enterprise Co-Selling: Partner closely with Atlassian Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances, and Accenture account teams on marquee enterprise deals to validate solution architectures, execute proofs of concept (POCs), and ensure co-delivery governance for large-scale transformations.
- Champion Requirements to Product & Engineering: Act as the strategic technical bridge between Accenture’s engineering/consulting leads and Atlassian’s AI Platform, Teamwork Graph, and Forge product teams to influence core platform capabilities.
- Publish Reference Architectures & Playbooks: Author joint solution briefs, technical whitepapers, integration reference architectures, and reusable delivery playbooks for Accenture’s global delivery network.
Your Background & Qualifications
- GSI & Strategic Partner Experience: 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, or partner engineering—specifically working with or within Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) like Accenture.
- Applied AI & Agentic Systems: Strong understanding of modern enterprise AI patterns, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, prompt engineering, and autonomous/multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge Graphs & Enterprise Ontologies: Familiarity with graph data architectures, metadata modeling, entity mapping, and unifying fragmented data sources across disparate enterprise systems.
- Extensibility & Integration Architecture: Proven hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven webhooks, and modern developer platforms (experience with Atlassian Forge, AWS Lambda, or serverless runtimes is a strong plus).
- Enterprise Security, Identity & Governance: Deep understanding of enterprise architectures including SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, LLM privacy/security guardrails, and compliance standards across regulated industries.
- Executive Presence & Consultative Acumen: Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural concepts and quantify business value to C-suite leaders, practice directors, and managing directors.
