How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Develop tailored respiratory care plans by assessing each patient's specific diagnosis and clinical needs to ensure they receive the exact type and frequency of treatment required for recovery.
- Deliver and monitor advanced respiratory therapies, keeping a watchful eye on patient conditions and equipment to guarantee high-quality, continuous care.
- Champion patient and family education by clearly explaining health conditions and connecting families with community support groups, empowering them to confidently manage their care journey.
- Evaluate and evolve treatment strategies based on real-time patient outcomes, adjusting medications and modalities to maximize healing and comfort.
- Provide decisive, life-saving intervention by responding rapidly to emergency resuscitation codes as a trusted member of the critical care team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- BBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior
to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of
Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
