How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare: Partner with physicians to deliver personalized care by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions to support long-term patient wellness.
- Deliver high-quality clinical assessments: Perform thorough patient examinations, interpret diagnostic studies, and create effective treatment plans to ensure the best possible health outcomes.
- Manage complex care journeys: Coordinate seamless treatment pathways by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources.
- Empower patients and families: Provide clear, accessible education on preventative health, treatment options, and community resources to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain clinical excellence: Document patient interactions and care processes with precision, ensuring consistent adherence to high-quality standards and organizational policy.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- One or more of the following required: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

- Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Education:

- Master's degree of Nursing required.

Experience:

- Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
