- Schedule: Day shift | PRN | 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Plan and implement activities that are consistent with student abilities, interests and educational plans.
- Assist with school inclusion, inclusion in alternate school settings, the development of appropriate curriculum, workshop/life skills, speech and language, art, music, and adaptive physical education.
- Provide staff in-services.
- Encourage student independence in communication, decision making and other activities.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

- Experience working in a preschool, Head Start, or other educational setting with young children is required
- Must be at least 19 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED
- Preschool Child Development Associate preferred
