How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Schedule new referrals and follow-up appointments to ensure timely access to rehabilitation care and maintain optimal clinic volume.
- Manage front-desk patient and provider interactions both in person and over the phone to deliver a welcoming, supportive care experience.
- Reconcile daily charge reports to support billing accuracy, capture revenue and maintain compliant clinic records.
- Scan and upload medical documentation into patient EHRs to ensure complete, up-to-date electronic health records for the care team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

- Proven Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated success in a high-touch, patient-facing environment, with a warm, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Healthcare Multitasking & Dependability: Exceptional organizational skills and high reliability, with a proven ability to balance phone queues, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- EHR & Technical Competency: Functional experience navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, digital scanning tools, and multi-provider scheduling databases.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and actively supports colleagues to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in capturing patient information, indexing clinical files, and reconciling daily revenue reports.
