Bask is building the infrastructure powering telehealth’s future—starting with an expansive, accurate, and compliant retail, specialty, and compounding pharmacy network. We’re looking for a Finance Lead to build and scale our financial foundation, guiding everything from budget management to investment strategy as we expand our operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives at the intersection of financial modeling, operational execution, and strategic growth. You’ll lead sales and budget projections , develop investment analyses for pharmacy expansion , and partner closely with leadership to inform key decisions across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain detailed sales, budget, and cash flow projections .
- Lead investment analysis for new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion.
- Create and manage financial models that drive business decisions and capital allocation.
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting .
- Develop dashboards to track revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate .
- Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor materials, and board reporting .
- Implement scalable financial processes for accounting, payroll, and spend management .
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align goals and budgets.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development , ideally in a startup or high-growth environment .
- Proven ability to build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets .
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS/IASB , SaaS metrics, and unit economics .
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus.
