Job: Senior NetSuite Developer

Job Profile:

As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will lead the development and optimization of NetSuite solutions across business systems. You will design and implement complex customizations and integrations while ensuring system performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to development standards and best practices. This role provides significant exposure to enterprise-level integrations and system architecture.

In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by exploring and adopting modern development practices, including automation and AI-assisted approaches, to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration and customization requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Boomi, Celigo, and other integration tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite-related issues and support tickets.

- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Document technical specifications, development processes, and system configurations.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system functionality.

- Mentor and support junior developers.

- Identify opportunities to improve development workflows through automation and modern tools.

- Stay updated on NetSuite features, integration best practices, and evolving development practices.

Qualifications for Success:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation are preferred.

- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in NetSuite development and customization.

- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web services (SOAP/REST).

- Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms such as Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

- Understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management.

- Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi and Celigo is preferred.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and MySQL is preferred.

- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana is a plus.

- Familiarity with modern development practices, including automation and AI-assisted tools, is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
