ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

Fever is looking for a Producer for the launch of our newest immersive experience in Bangkok.

Dopamine Land is a multisensory experience combining media, technology and play in one place. Whether you fancy a day out with the kids or one of our late evening adult-friendly sessions, this interactive museum wants everyone to embrace their inner child and explore all the colorful installations. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.

You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.

Project Management

- Oversee all phases of production—from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.

- Interpret creative briefs, site layouts, and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.

- Validate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions, venue scouting, and site visits.

- Coordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.

Process & Documentation

- Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and handover materials.

- Develop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.

- Support consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentation.

Budgeting & Financial Management

- Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.

- Track project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.

- Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

- Assist with closing out event P&Ls and financial reporting.

Leadership & Communication

- Lead team and client meetings, capturing action items and ensuring accountability.

- Present confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.

- Translate complex production challenges into practical, solution-oriented recommendations.

- Support and mentor production coordinators or junior staff as needed.

Soft Skills

- Demonstrate adaptability, composure, and creative problem-solving under pressure.

- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication across departments.

- Take ownership of large, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and clients through professionalism and reliability.

ABOUT YOU

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

- 5+ years of experience in the event production industry

- Fluency in English and Thai

- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

- Experience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts).

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ambition to grow into larger production management or leadership roles.
