Your Impact

As a Senior Associate, you will own defined areas of CSRD and sustainability assurance engagements, coordinate day-to-day delivery and take increasing responsibility for quality and timelines under appropriate coaching, review and supervision. You will connect financial audit experience with sustainability reporting, coach junior colleagues and act as a key contact for international engagement teams across the CEE region.

What You Will Do

- Execute complex sustainability assurance procedures with guidance as needed

- Own selected sustainability topics, disclosures or engagement areas

- Contribute to planning, risk identification, process understanding and assurance approach

- Perform and oversee complex testing of controls, estimates and data

- Analyse sustainability data and deliver insight-driven conclusions

- Coordinate daily work, assign tasks and monitor timely delivery

- Review junior work to ensure clear, consistent, high-quality documentation

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned areas and communicate proactively

- Resolve client queries and support timely information delivery

- Support engagement planning and completion activities

- Coach and mentor junior team members

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

- Contribute to innovative audit methodologies and AI-enabled solutions

What We Are Looking For

- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in external audit. Previous CSRD, ESG, sustainability reporting or assurance experience is an advantage.

- Education : university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Studies or related field.

- Language : English at B2-C1 level.

- Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of IFRS and auditing standards.

- Interest in CSRD, sustainability reporting, non-financial information and assurance.

- Experience reviewing work of junior staff.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel and audit documentation skills.

- Interest in technology-enabled auditing.
