The Role
As a Hotel Laundry HVAC Technician, you will maintain and repair commercial laundry equipment and HVAC systems throughout the hotel. Your work helps ensure smooth operations for both guests and team members
What Youll Be Doing
Repair and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
Maintain maintenance records and repair logs
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed

Qualifications
What Makes You You
Experience with commercial laundry equipment, HVAC systems, or general maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read equipment manuals and follow repair procedures
Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving equipment
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
