The Opportunity:
As a Contract Management Analyst, you know that the Warfighting Acquisition System (WAS) is pivotal to supporting the National Defense Strategy. You are familiar with the WAS processes to acquire and deliver innovative and effective capabilities, solutions, and services to the Warfighter, including Requirements, Resource Allocation, PPBE, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) Pathways and Contract Management.

As a Contract Management Analyst providing direct support to a Navy client, you will perform day-to-day contract lifecycle and program management functions to support pre-award, award, post-award activities, price and cost analyses, and monitor contract and program lifecycle milestones and performance execution, program reviews and reporting, requirements and budget planning, and audits.

You Have:

- 6+ years of experience in federal contract management
- Experience in DoW or Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) or Program Management Office (PMO)
- Experience developing acquisition and procurement materials such as contract strategy, acquisition plans, solicitation package, evaluation plan, J&A, D&F, SOW, CDRLs, contract mods, PRs, TIs, 7300s, TARs, and intellectual property strategy
- Experience preparing responses to data calls, SES and Flag Level briefings, reports, and correspondence such as program reviews, POM PRR, DAES report, or Congressional RFIs
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Ability to interpret and provide guidance on procurement statutes, policies, and regulations, contract approach types, contract strategy, contracting methods, contract types, intellectual property, international acquisition and exportability, and foreign military sales
- Ability to support program planning, contract execution, spend plans, annual TY task planning in NEPS, and analyzing and tracking budget allocations, obligations, and expenditures
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have

- Experience with DoW or Navy Acquisition Category (ACAT) I, ACAT II, or non-ACAT programs
- Experience with DoD AAF Pathways, Governance processes, Pathway selection and determination, and implementation of a single or use of multiple pathways or transition across acquisition pathways
- Experience with DoW and DoN authoritative system of record such as AMS, PIEE, ePS, Navy ERP, RDAIS, NEPS, or PBIS
- Knowledge of Authorization and Appropriations Bills, FAR, DFARS, PGI, NMCARs, or Class Deviations
- Knowledge of multiyear procurement (MYP), Advance Procurement (AP), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) authority, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), or appropriation accounts and categories, such as funding types
- Knowledge of DoW or DoN task management and correspondence management policies, guidance, processes, systems, and tools such as CATSM or ETMS2
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- National Contract Management Association (NMCA), Federal Procurement Institute (FAI) or Warfighting Acquisition University (WARU) DAWIA Contract Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
