Overview: 
The Case Operations Administrator is an integral member of the ATA Case Manufacturing Team and is expected to provide outstanding levels of service and execution of tasks to all sales and operations personnel. It is the responsibility of the Case Operations Administrator to maintain and continually update all product manufacturing project details, oversee the supply chain management process, and prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

# Project Management related responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with Sales Administrator to coordinate and validate project information.
- Provide efficient and accurate updates to all project related documentation on a continual basis across multiple software platforms.

Supply Chain related responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work with Production Supervisor to manage and maintain raw materials inventory.
- Generate and administer all raw materials orders.
- Oversee and record all inbound materials deliveries.
- Maintain and update raw materials pricing on a continual basis.
- Manage NW Case vendor relationships.

Cost Estimating & Quoting responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and project scope to develop complete and accurate quotations.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for case projects using established pricing models, material costs, labor requirements, outsourced services, and freight considerations.
- Assist with quote revisions, engineering changes, and customer inquiries throughout the sales and production process.
- Analyze completed projects and job costing data to continually improve estimating accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: 
This position operates in a mixed office and production warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/photocopiers. W arehouse environments are regularly exposed to heavy machinery and noise.

Physical Demands: 
Walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continually during work hours. Is subject to lifting over 25 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 
This is is a full-time position. Working hours Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour unpaid lunch break.  Days and hours of office operation are Monday through Friday 6:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend work are required as job duties demand

Travel: 
Occasional travel may be required for this position.
 
# Minimum Required Education and Experience:

- 3 years of experience in cost estimating
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain and/or project management
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in cost estimating
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or supply chain management.
- Experience managing parts inventories
- Experience working with and managing vendor relationships
