Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an RV Technician to join our service team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality units for our customers.
If you are mechanically inclined, detail oriented, and take pride in fixing things the right way, this is your lane.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
- Document repairs clearly and completely
- Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
- Work independently and as part of a service team to meet production goals
What We Are Looking For
- Previous RV technician experience preferred, but related experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of RV systems, or transferable experience from automotive, marine, electrical, or mechanical trades
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple repairs without cutting corners
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Must have your own tools

- Physical ability to work in and around RVs, including climbing, bending, and lifting
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors
- Willingness to learn manufacturer updates and evolving technology
