Aircraft Detailing Specialist

The Mission for this Position: As an Aircraft Presentation Specialist, you will be performing routine and special detailing and stocking, taking ownership of the Aircrafts appearance and readiness for customer use. You will support the management of over two dozen aircraft such as PC-12s, Citations, and Gulfstreams. We need a self-starter who is experienced with high-end cleaning and detailing practices and customer care.

Right Person, Right Seat: As an Aircraft Detailing Specialist at SkyShare, you will work as a part of a team establishing aircraft preparedness for Owner and Charter flights, maximizing aircraft availability while maintaining the company standard of excellence. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate client services such as rental cars, hotel reservations, and catering for inbound and outbound aircraft

- Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to ensure all our clients needs are met

- Process customer purchases and fuel transactions

- Answer all incoming calls, while taking detailed messages when someone isnt available or transferring according to the client's needs

- Ensure all areas of our facility are in good, clean condition following a daily and weekly cleaning list

- Coordinate services for aircraft such as hangar space and fuel requests

- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, paying careful attention to clients preferences and needs

- Assist other departments when needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years old

- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company insurance requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks safely and consistently

- Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed

- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check prior to hire

Skills:

- Experience cleaning/detailing aircraft or automobiles for high-end clients

- Professional appearance and attitude

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a high-stress and fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail

- Highly motivated and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to prioritize individual tasks to completion in a multi-task environment

- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with all customers, owners, co-workers, and management

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all cases involving clients, client aircraft operations, and when dealing with sensitive or security issues

- Aviation Experience preferred (but not required)

Salary, Schedule, and Perks:

- Salary: $19/hr

- Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs/week

Location:

- This position will be based primarily in SLC, with occasional travel to our OGD office.
