Role Summary
Provide Level 3 support for Google Cloud Platform environments, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, operational excellence, and technical guidance for cloud-native services. Act as an SME for complex production issues and support transition activities for managed cloud services. The role should also possess working knowledge of cloud-native security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve complex GCP infrastructure and platform incidents. • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage platform availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with customer and delivery teams on escalations and service improvements.
• Support cloud-native security controls and vulnerability remediation coordination where applicable.
