The Logistics Operations & Analytics Intern will support multiple functions within onsemi's Global Logistics & Distribution organization, providing broad exposure to logistics operations, distribution, systems and analytics, trade compliance, and project management. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to key business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications – External

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Interest in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, analytics, and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous internship, project, or coursework related to supply chain, logistics, analytics, operations, or project management.

- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.

- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, QAD, or similar business systems is a plus.

- Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or supply chain optimization.
