EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

POSITION: Admissions Associate (PT)

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business or technology is preferred. A minimum of one to three years of experience in admissions or higher education is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and customer service skills. Must be self-directed and able to make decisions independently. The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, think critically, and effectively problem-solve in support of students and the Admissions Team is important. Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Recruit CRM or Banner SIS is preferred but not required. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any situation is a must. Must demonstrate respect for others in the workplace and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Process and maintain admissions-related documents for designated undergraduate and graduate academic programs, including applications, paper and electronic transcripts, test scores, recommendation letters, and other required admissions materials.
- Scan and link all admissions-related documents utilizing Banner Document Management and the student information system Banner and Recruit CRM.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records by using the University’s student information system and CRM to update document statuses, academic programs, and related information, while reviewing data entry for accuracy.
- Maintain data audits and prepare summary reports for incoming applicants and new students within specific programs. Review data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and resolve data integrity issues as needed.
- Participate in any training sessions offered at sites or within the Admissions Department as necessary.
- Participate in events such as Open House and information sessions as necessary.
- Promote and foster a supportive environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Admissions Operations Associate, the Admissions Operations Manager, and/or the Senior Director of Admissions.

Hours of Employment: Flexible hours Monday through Friday, with schedules of either 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The candidate must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and/or the University. (Some earlier mornings may be required.)

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
