Baptist Health is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Virtual Acute Care Clinic located in Jacksonville, FL.

This is a Part-Time opportunity working Monday-Friday from 1:00PM-7:00PM.

The ideal candidate will perform duties such as registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and other tasks as needed. Must reside in Jacksonville, FL!

Certified Medical Assistant, Job Responsibilities:

- Assists Providers during virtual visits
- Supports patient communication
- Maintains medical documentation
- Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
- Processes prescription requests and referrals

Experience Requirements:

- 2+ years Patient Care Experience
- Experience in Physician's office

Education & Credential Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Associate of Arts/Science Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified Medical Assistant Required
