Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Receptionist Supervisor. As the Reception Supervisor you will work as a receptionist along with preforming supervisory tasks for the team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. You must have good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include:
As a supervisor you will:
- Supervisor reception team
- Creating work schedules
- Provide coaching and performance evaluations for the team
- Preform other supervisory tasks
As a receptionist you will
- Greeting residents and guests
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling resident transportation
- Scheduling guest and party rooms
- Money handling
- General office duties
- Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests
- And other duties as assigned
Working Hours:
- Full Time position with benefits
- Days vary must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Receptionist/Office experience
- Prior supervisory/lead experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
