The Role

We are looking for a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You'll be at the forefront of our mission, leading a team of Veeva colleagues and working side-by-side with one of our key enterprise customers. As a primary customer liaison, you will build long-term relationships and act as a customer advocate, guiding them in the adoption of industry best practices and providing value through agile delivery.
You'll leverage your existing background in Life Sciences software implementation and program/project management while innovating and developing novel approaches to project delivery. You’ll be responsible for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary expert designing and executing complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms
- Guide enterprise clients through migrations from legacy, on-premise systems to modern SaaS platforms, applying structured change management to accelerate adoption and minimize operational risk
- Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs, leading discussions on technical trade-offs, negotiating compromises, and aligning complex business needs with standard platform capabilities
- Collaborate directly with internal Veeva Product Management and R&D engineering teams, using your implementation experience to provide direct product feedback and shape future software releases
- Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants and project team members across the regional hub
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions, combining strategic business advisory with hands-on software configuration (ideally Enterprise Content Management / ECM solutions)
- Proven technical leadership and influential experience leading project teams, negotiating complex compromises, and guiding senior stakeholders through difficult technical decisions
- Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries
- Applied change management expertise, with a track record of driving client adoption when migrating from legacy/on-premise software to cloud SaaS platforms
- Mentorship experience, with a demonstrated background in coaching and developing junior consultants or technical team members
- Problem-solving agility and strong analytical skills, paired with fluent written and spoken English communication
- Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (employment visa sponsorship is not available)

Compensation
- Total compensation: 240,000 - 380,000 PLN
- The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
