The Talent Business Partner (TBP) is an experienced professional with specialized expertise in HR, responsible for supporting the delivery of Talent department strategies and initiatives for their assigned region within Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC). This role works closely with business leaders and Talent colleagues to execute Talent processes, provide operational support, and deliver tailored solutions that align with organizational goals. The TBP handles medium-complex assignments, contributes to projects, and recommends enhancements to Talent practices within their area of responsibility and market.
Job Description
PROVIDE TALENT SUPPORT TO BUSINESS LEADERS
Act as a key point of contact for business leaders, providing guidance on Talent-related matters and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Support the implementation of Talent strategies and initiatives that drive business success.
Partner with business leaders to address workforce challenges, including but not limited to employee engagement, performance, and retention, and provide operational Talent solutions.
Responsible for the knowledge, application, and compliance of current labor laws, rules, and regulations.
Build business acumen to understand and support the operational needs of the business while providing integrated strategic Talent solutions.
Participate in regional business reviews and other meetings to present Talent rends, analysis and discuss areas of opportunity.
EXECUTE TALENT PROCESSES & PROGRAMS
Manage and execute key Talent processes, such as performance management, employee relations (including investigations, employee counseling, performance documentation, and the termination process), and onboarding.
Ensure the effective implementation of Talent policies, procedures, and programs within the organization.
With the Total Rewards & Safety team, coordinate all leaves of absences, including ensuring documentation and notifications are processed appropriately.
Collaborate with Talent colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in the delivery of Talent services.
SUPPORT TALENT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Assist in identifying talent needs and supporting succession planning efforts.
Conduct trainings for assigned client group on various Talent, management, and compliance topics.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Provide guidance to employees on learning and development opportunities to support their growth and engagement.
CONTRIBUTE TO TALENT PROJECTS & ENHANCEMENTS
Participate in medium-complex Talent projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Identify opportunities to improve Talent processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Talent colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
COLLABORATE ACROSS TALENT FUNCTIONS
Work closely with Talent Centers of Excellence (COEs), such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Talent Experience & Development, Total Rewards & Safety, and Talent Planning & Analytics, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Talent delivery.
Work with the Regional Talent Acquisition team to help manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including participating in regional management selection processes.
Act as a liaison between business leaders and the broader Talent organization.
Represent the Talent function in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
Act as a positive culture contributor to RBDC Talent Business Partner peers and broader Talent organization.
SUPPORT WORKFORCE PLANNING & ANALYTICS
Contribute to workforce planning efforts by providing input and collaborating with Talent Planning & Analytics and other teams.
Monitor workforce data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
Ensure alignment between workforce planning/staffing efforts and business needs.
Qualifications
Professional with 7+ years of progressive HR experience for a multi-site organization, with at least 3+ years in HR business partnering.
Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or similar environment highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, with a focus on operational HR delivery.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
Ability to translate national strategies at a local/regional level.
Experience managing and executing key HR processes, such as performance management and employee relations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle medium-complex assignments.
Familiarity with workforce planning processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with planning teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience guiding, coaching, and leading in sensitive employee situations.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field OR equivalent experience.
Must be fluent in English, other languages a plus.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
