Sr Advanced Total Rewards Analyst

Purpose of the Job

As a Senior Advanced Total Rewards Analyst, you will leverage your proficient professional expertise to support the administration, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement of retirement, financial wellness, and employee benefits programs for assigned countries. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead audit activities, partner with critical vendors, and drive operational excellence across Total Rewards programs. This role requires proactive problem-solving, analytical expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through specialized knowledge of retirement plans, financial wellness programs, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 401(k), HSA, FSA, and benefits programs.
- Lead compliance, audits, governance, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage retirement and benefits vendors.
- Analyze and resolve complex employee and HR escalations.
- Drive process improvements and SOP development.
- Support benefits administration for Mexico (20% of role).
- Participate in leave of absence management

Must Have

- 3-5 years of benefits administration experience.
- Experience with 401(k), HSA, FSA, and retirement plans.
- Compliance and audit experience (ERISA, IRS, DOL).
- Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
