- Providing Behavioral Health Services in our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN
- Full Time with flexible schedule
- Requires PMHNP
- Seeing on average 10-12 patients per day
- Some complex patients ages 12 and up

- Rural Health Clinic Designation
- Located approximately 45 minutes southwest of Downtown Nashville offering a beautiful, peaceful rural setting on the campus of Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital
- Great collaborative provider team consisting of (3) Nurse Practitioners and a Family Medicine Physician
- Seeing patients of all ages

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

- Master's degree of Nursing required.
