How you’ll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled OBGYN Laborist to provide PRN coverage at Ascension Via Christi St. Joseph, delivering high-quality inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative health system network.

- Provide dedicated inpatient OBGYN Laborist coverage and triage evaluation
- Manage labor and delivery and unassigned deliveries
- Practice setting: Inpatient / Hospitalist coverage
- Collaborate closely with on-site nursing staff, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and neonatology teams
- Flexible PRN scheduling with shift-based coverage
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
- Must be eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Lead collaborative efforts to continuously improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of care delivered, contributing to system-wide excellence.
- Cultivate positive clinical outcomes by providing immediate, high-quality patient care during shifts.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
