The Work: As an Systems Engineering Staff (E4) in Owego, NY, you will be part of the Naval Helo Mission Systems team supporting Naval Helicopter programs.

You will play a key role in program planning and execution by:

* Leading and coordinating the Communications Concurrent Engineering Team's (CET) Integration and Test efforts
* Managing technical execution cost and schedule, and presenting to senior leadership as well as the customer
* Proactively engaging in proper Earned Value Management and keeping the multiple programs informed on status and making progress
* Evaluating planned vs. actual performance management in support of Earned Value Management, Work Package Management, and Control Account Management
* Performing Integrated Master Schedule Development and Schedule Status Management.Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as
* Schedule revisions,
* Manpower adjustments
* Fund allocations
* Work requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related STEM field with 9+ years related experience or Master's Degree with 7+ years related experience.

Experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties.

Experience with Engineering Basis of Estimate (BOE).

Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance at the Secret level.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
