What Youll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner II , youll own the recruitment process for assigned positions and locations while developing strong partnerships with candidates, hiring leaders, and the communities we serve.

You will:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment , from sourcing and initial candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and hiring.

- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-through.

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.

- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels.

- Develop sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Build relationships with colleges, universities, community organizations, employment agencies, and other local partners.

- Plan, coordinate, and participate in hiring events, career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities .

- Stay informed about recruiting trends, candidate behavior, market conditions, and sourcing strategies.

- Screen and present candidates whose experience, skills, availability, and qualifications align with position requirements.

- Partner with hiring managers regularly to review candidate pipelines, hiring needs, interview activity, and recruitment progress.

- Post and maintain requisitions across appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms.

- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting established hiring goals and timelines.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system.

- Follow established recruitment processes and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience .

- Experience developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and hiring leaders.

- Ability to take a consultative approach and provide hiring managers with guidance on recruiting best practices.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

- Professional, positive, and solutions-focused approach.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and follow through on commitments.

Additional Experience We Value

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- High-volume recruiting experience.

- Experience recruiting within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or a related field.

- Experience with recruitment events, community partnerships, or campus recruiting.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
