About this role

POSITION SUMMARY

- Works with the Senior Manager – Brand + Creative, to project manage and coordinate web and digital projects that are outsourced to third-party vendors (inclusive of, but not limited to graphic design, website development and analytics, website maintenance, videography, video/animation editing, and social media vendors).

- Oversees and coordinates CDPs online presence across multiple platforms, including day-to-day management of the companys branded digital assets (CDPs websites, e-newsletters, e-campaigns, videos, social media, presentations, flyers, etc.).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Management:

- Self-manage all projects (inclusive of schedule creation, establishing and leading stakeholder meetings, ensuring project deadlines are achieved, etc.)

- Oversee and manage third-party vendors to successfully achieve business, brand and creative objectives (inclusive of schedule creation, establishing and leading stakeholder meetings, ensuring project deadlines are achieved, etc.)

New Business Support:

- Create and update new business marketing presentations, RFP responses, and supporting documents

- Support new business events and initiatives as needed.

Marketing Collateral:

- Track vacancies

- Update various assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, website content & property listings, CoStar, advertisements, e-campaigns and e-newsletters, social media posts, etc.

- Lead and execute board presentations and update Quarterly Supplement materials

- Oversee and manage photography needs, delegate coordination of scheduling, and onsite support

- Support quarterly portfolio meetings with Asset Managers

Brand Experience:

- Support Asset Management team throughout the tour process, and assist with materials for tours

- Support all corporate marketing, brand experience and public relations events

- Customer-facing: Ability to interface with prospective and existing customers

Website Oversight:

- Oversee and manage all website updates, recommend improvements, and work with third-party vendors (and CDPs IT department) to ensure websites and processes are well-maintained and up to date.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
