About this role
Within 90 Days, You'll:
- Take full operational ownership of the monthly close and consolidation cycle across all seven international entities, establishing clear close calendars and aligning reporting schedules with the US Controller.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current international AP, payroll, JE and reconciliation workflows, identifying immediate manual friction points and quick-win process enhancements.
- Build a single, consolidated view of the international close, statutory audit, tax filing and payroll calendars across all entities, with documented owners, deadlines and status reporting that makes review by the CFO and US Controller fast and simple.
- Establish strong working relationships with your direct reports in London and India, setting up structured mentoring cadences and reviewing local statutory audit schedules.
Within 180 Days, You'll:
- Collaborate with the US Controller to select, design, and deploy an upgraded, automated global Accounts Payable tool, successfully eliminating manual Excel-based international AP processes.
- Successfully navigate the full slate of annual international statutory audits (where required) and tax filings across all active entities with zero missed deadlines or preventable findings.
- Optimize foreign exchange translation methodologies and intercompany reconciliation workflows to accelerate the regional close timeline toward a sub-10-day target.
Within 365 Days, You'll:
- Establish a highly automated, best-in-class international controlling function that seamlessly scales as Sitetracker expands into new global territories.
- Benchmark and refine multi-jurisdiction transfer pricing models and cross-border tax arrangements, ensuring full tax optimization and robust regulatory compliance.
- Develop and empower your direct reports into elevated roles, having built a resilient, scalable regional finance structure ready to absorb broader global controllership responsibilities.
