OpenTable Profile Management Intern
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized OpenTable Profile Management Intern to join our growing team. The OpenTable Profile Management Intern will play a key role in ensuring accurate guest profiles as well as auditing current profiles to include valid and up to date tags and guestbook notes. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the Training team as a dedicated resource to both field operations and all CMR associates. The OpenTable Profile Management Intern will report to the Senior Director of Training and partner in all aspects of OpenTable operations in accordance with the philosophy, culture, guidelines, and objectives set forth by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. This is an on-site position based in Columbus, Ohio.
Essential Responsibilities: include the following and other responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Audit all guest profiles in the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants group
- Remove any of the categories below
- Reservation specific notes
- Courtesy call notes
- Duplicate entries
- Allergies that do not apply to that specific guest
- Audit all Executive and Director level profiles and consolidate any notes to the National account level
- Audit all Club 93 members profiles and consolidate any notes to the National account level
- Manage and consolidate all tags
- Remove any of the categories below
- Duplicate entries
- Tags that no longer apply – i.e. previous managers, associate tags, etc.
- Invalid warning tags
- Audit all chit printer settings to ensure group notes are not included
