Senior Manager, Business Planning and Performance Management

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operational planning, business performance and analytics. This role drives enterprise performance and makes the enterprise more aligned, accountable and measurable. This collaborative role will work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure the company’s strategic priorities are being executed successfully and the operating KPIs are moving as planned by coordinating and reporting on the execution of projects. Our ideal candidate will be incredibly detail-oriented, tactical, technically capable, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Enterprise Initiatives - maintains the enterprise initiative roadmap; tracks milestones, owners, dependencies and risks, You will be collaborating with cross functional team leads and responsible for the planning, tracking, and communication of enterprise projects to ensure successful delivery.

- Quarterly Business Reviews - Leads the QBR process, agenda, templates, timelines, initiative tracking, and executive readouts.

- Enterprise dashboards - Creates and delivers monthly company performance dashboards as well as driving insights

- KPI Management - Defines/maintains enterprise KPIs and monitors progress against targets

- Business accountability - regular check-ins with leaders to assess progress against commitments and roadmaps. Facilitate and lead meetings, create agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items

- Business reporting & analysis - Monitors discounts, returns, promotions, customer behavior

- Partner across Finance, Strategy, Analytics and business stakeholders to deliver the AOP through strategic investment support and tracking of key dates and gates

- Document and implement our processes in Confluence, Jira, Slack, GSuite

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Operations or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

- 7+ years of experience in enterprise business planning, FP&A, strategy, business operations, performance management or consulting. Retail or Ecommerce experience preferred

- Strong track record developing and managing enterprise KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, management reporting and performance insights

- Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy into measurable objectives, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs and accountable owners

- Strong analytics capabilities with the ability to identify business trends, diagnose performance drivers and translate analysis into clear recommendations and actions

- Strong program and project management skills

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $140,000 and $165,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
