Position Summary

The Senior Manager, LT Social helps shape and grow LT Social as a differentiated member experience, membership program and lifestyle platform.

This role leads the strategic planning behind LT Social, including the membership experience, year-round programming, market prioritization, audience strategy, positioning and vision for each Edition. Working across Marketing, Creative, Social, Club Operations, Athletic Events, Partnerships, Member Experience and Experiential Production, this person helps build a compelling LT Social program that creates value beyond individual events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

##

LT Social Membership & Program Strategy

- Helps define and evolve the LT Social membership experience, value proposition and role within the broader Life Time membership.
- Develops strategies to create ongoing value and engagement beyond individual Editions and events.
- Identifies opportunities for year-round programming, community-building and member touchpoints.
- Helps shape how members discover, join, engage with and continue participating in LT Social over time.
- Uses member feedback, behavior and program performance to inform future strategy.

LT Social Portfolio & Market Strategy

- Develops and maintains the annual LT Social programming roadmap across priority Life Time markets.
- Recommends markets, timing, frequency and scale based on member opportunity, business objectives, market insights and cultural relevance.
- Identifies opportunities to connect LT Social with major Life Time moments, Athletic Events, seasonal programming, club openings and relevant cultural occasions.
- Helps determine the appropriate mix of national, market-level and ongoing member programming.
- Partners with leadership on longer-term growth and expansion opportunities.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

- Helps evolve LT Social positioning and its role within the broader Life Time brand.
- Defines the strategic objective, audience, positioning and desired outcome for key initiatives.
- Partners with Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for major LT Social moments and ongoing membership engagement.
- Develops strategic and marketing briefs that enable Creative, Social, PR, Digital and other channel teams to execute effectively.
- Identifies opportunities to build awareness, demand, participation and ongoing engagement with LT Social.

Experience Strategy & Programming

- Helps define the strategic vision, intended audience and role of each LT Social Edition within the broader program.
- Identifies opportunities across hospitality, wellness, culture, music, sport, food and entertainment that can strengthen the LT Social experience.
- Ensures programming is locally relevant while maintaining a consistent LT Social point of view.
- Evaluates concepts through both a member and marketing lens, considering engagement, differentiation and brand impact.
- Partners closely with the Experiential Lead/Event Producer to translate strategic direction into an executable experience.

Market Intelligence & Audience Insights

- Develops a strong understanding of priority LT Social markets, local membership and relevant consumer behaviors.
- Partners with club leadership and internal teams to identify emerging opportunities, influential local voices, cultural moments and potential collaborators.
- Monitors trends across hospitality, wellness, entertainment, social behavior and consumer experiences.
- Uses member insights, application data, attendance trends and feedback to inform future decisions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Serves as the strategic connector across LT Social workstreams and internal partners.
- Ensures major LT Social initiatives have a clear strategic brief and intended outcome before detailed execution begins.
- Maintains visibility into the LT Social annual calendar, membership roadmap and key dependencies.
- Provides strategic direction while enabling functional teams to own execution within their areas of expertise.

Measurement & Optimization

- Partners with Marketing, Analytics and other internal teams to establish measures of success for LT Social as both a membership program and experience platform.
- Reviews performance across membership engagement, demand, applications, attendance, member feedback and content performance.
- Leads strategic post-program and post-event reviews and translates learnings into recommendations for future programming, marketing and growth.

Position Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, experiential marketing, membership businesses, lifestyle brands, hospitality or related fields.
- Strong foundation in marketing strategy, including audience development, positioning, go-to-market planning and integrated marketing.
- Experience developing multi-market programs, membership or loyalty programs, brand platforms, experiential portfolios or complex consumer initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate consumer, cultural and market insights into strategic recommendations and compelling programming ideas.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing strategic, marketing and creative briefs.
- Ability to move comfortably between long-term strategic thinking and near-term program development.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple markets, initiatives and planning horizons simultaneously.
- Demonstrated cultural curiosity and strong instincts around consumer experiences, hospitality, community and lifestyle trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with premium consumer, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or membership brands.
- Experience developing membership, loyalty, community or engagement programs.
- Experience developing programs across multiple geographic markets.
- Experience working with experiential production, creative, social, PR, partnerships and operational teams.
- Experience using customer or member insights to inform marketing, programming and engagement strategies.

Location & Travel

This position is based at Life Time's corporate office in Chanhassen, Minnesota, with travel required to support key LT Social markets and experiences.

## Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $94,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $129,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
