Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.

- Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs.

- Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding.

- Produce leadership financial reports.

- Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- DoD PPBE.

- RDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations.

- Budget execution.

- Financial reporting and analysis.

- Advanced Excel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- ACEIT proficiency.

- Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.

- Experience with DoD financial/budget processes.

- Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current WRPBH financial incumbent.

- MDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE.

- DHA medical acquisition financial experience.
