Job Description

Join Philips as the North American Region (NAR) Supply Planning Lead within our Personal Health business and build a world-class Supply Planning Hub from the ground up, where you’ll lead strategy, operations, talent, and digital transformation to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence across a rapidly growing global business.

Your role:

- Build, recruit, and lead a world-class team of Global Supply Planners that anchor regional planning within Philips’ global end-to-end supply network.  Establish the team’s operating model, capabilities, governance, and long-term strategic direction.
- Lead North America supply planning operationally, tactically, and strategically, aligning demand and supply to optimize product availability, customer service, inventory, lead time, waste, obsolescence, and total value-stream cost.  Implement rule-based planning and world-class standards that enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
- Drive effective regional and global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, including supply review, regional execution content, and long-term planning and portfolio (LTPP) optimization and deployment.  Represent the North America Region as a member of the Global Planning and Distribution Leadership Team, partnering across regional supply chain management, global planning, factories, and key stakeholders.
- Lead supply planning excellence, innovation, and digital transformation, translating global developments and emerging trends into regional strategies and improvement priorities.  Advance integrated planning through enterprise resource planning systems, AI-enabled insights, and global analytics tools that strengthen performance reviews and informed decision-making.
- Build organizational and value-stream capabilities, using approaches such as value-stream mapping to structurally improve end-to-end performance.  Lead succession planning, talent management, role standardization, performance management, capability development, and career growth across the supply planning organization.

You're the right fit if:

- You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in sales and operations planning (S&OP), supply planning, demand planning, supply chain management, project management, or another related field.  Within your total years of experience, you must possess 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, preferably in a global organization.  Healthcare technology or medical device industry experience preferred.
- Your skills include advanced knowledge of SAP and/or other Material Requirements Planning (MRP)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (Oracle, Blue Yonder Supply Planning, Kinaxis).  You are well versed in existing and emerging AI technologies.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or other related fields of study.
- You're a strategic supply chain leader with proven expertise in leading high-performing teams, optimizing demand and supply planning, driving continuous improvement, managing inventory, materials, suppliers, capacity, budgets, and key performance indicators, and leveraging enterprise planning systems to deliver business results, mitigate risk, and enable end-to-end operational excellence.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.  Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.  Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in CA is $162,000 to $258,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here .

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario, CA .
