Associate Director, Field Sales

Indirect Tax Solutions

About the Role

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our Indirect Tax sales organization focused on enterprise and large corporate customers headquartered in North America. This leader will be responsible for driving both direct and channel-led revenue growth across our portfolio of indirect tax compliance, e-invoicing, and tax automation solutions.

This role is particularly well-suited for a sales leader with experience leading teams selling software and technology solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or broader ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands how enterprise applications integrate through APIs and partner ecosystems to deliver business value and can effectively lead teams pursuing complex, consultative sales opportunities.

Following Wolters Kluwer's acquisition and integration of Marosa, experience with VAT, global indirect tax compliance, e-invoicing, or cross-border tax solutions is highly desirable.

- Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry conferences, partner events, and customer executive meetings.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
