What You'll Do
In this role, you'll manage retail execution across assigned accounts, support sales and merchandising priorities, and help ensure customers receive quality products and responsive service.
- Execute established sales and marketing programs to maximize sales and product distribution across the assigned route.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and delivery personnel.
- Identify and address customer needs in a timely, professional manner.
- Apply retail account standards consistently across assigned locations.
- Increase brand awareness through effective shelf management, product placement, and presentations for additional space and improved product flow.
- Monitor product quality and remove or resolve outdated, damaged, or otherwise unsalable products.
- Use ordering systems accurately to maintain appropriate inventory and reduce out-of-stock and out-of-code conditions.
- Secure primary placement of permanent point-of-sale materials within the assigned route.
- Monitor competitive signage and product placement within assigned accounts.
- Complete required administrative duties accurately and on time.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, and delivery activities as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of sales experience in the beverage or hospitality industry.
- Valid state motor vehicle operators license.
- Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit in accordance with state law; must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to use basic math accurately, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, percentages, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, diagrams, and schedules.
- Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Ability to solve practical problems when established guidance is limited.
- Ability to learn and follow applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience using sales ordering or inventory systems.
- Knowledge of beverage-industry merchandising, product rotation, and retail account standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle products and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb, or balance.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Close, distance, and color vision sufficient to perform assigned duties.
