Associate FP&A Data Analyst - Hybrid

Job Summary

The Associate FP&A Data Analyst supports the finance team by preparing, validating, reconciling, and maintaining financial and operational data used for reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role helps ensure recurring finance information is accurate, complete, and ready for use while supporting report automation, data collection, and consistent processes across the department.

Job Details/Responsibilities

1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
2. Support finance reporting, planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities by preparing accurate, complete, and timely financial and operational data.
3. Validate, reconcile, and perform quality checks on data from spreadsheets, source systems, planning tools, and reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
4. Maintain recurring report input, data collection processes, and supporting documentation to ensure consistency and reliability.
5. Collaborate with finance team members and business partners to support department priorities, data requests, and recurring reporting needs.
6. Assist with automation, visualization, and process improvement efforts that reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency.
7. Exercise discretion, judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, and tact when overseeing financial data, reporting issues, and business communications.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field; two years of related experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and structured workbooks preferred. Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or P&L concepts preferred. Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, or similar financial systems is preferred.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $59,850.00 to $75,167.00. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
