As the Director of Commercial Lines, you will lead all aspects of the department's operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will oversee underwriting strategies, support regional and corporate objectives, and help shape the future direction of the portfolio. Your expertise in the industry and ability to identify emerging trends will allow you to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth and long-term success.

If you are great at:

- Building and executing strategic business plans
- Leading high-performing teams and developing talent
- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Using data and insights to drive decisions and performance
- Negotiating and building strong broker and customer relationships

You have:

- 10+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and business results
- Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, portfolio management, and risk assessment
- Experience overseeing regional or corporate underwriting objectives
- A strategic leadership approach with a team-first mindset
