Senior Program Manager – DoD Healthcare Programs - Telework

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior Program Manager – DoD Healthcare Programs . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Provide overall contract management, staffing oversight, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, risk management, and performance oversight.

- Serve as primary management interface with Government leadership/COR.

- Monitor staffing, vacancies, performance, deliverables, expenditures, risks, and corrective actions.

- Coordinate onsite Team Leads and ensure continuity of services.

- Support Program Management Plan, staffing plan, status reporting, program reviews, transition, and quality requirements.

- Manage recruiting, retention, and replacement staffing to minimize disruption to Government operations.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Federal/DoD service contract management.

- Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.

- Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.

- Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.

- Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.

- Strong written and oral communication.

- Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.

- Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience.

- Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead.

- Experience at Fort Detrick.

- DHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience.

- PMP or comparable project/program management certification.

- Experience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts.
