Job Summary:
Manages procurement operations supporting project and operational purchasing activities across assigned scope. Leads procurement professionals and establishes routines to ensure consistent execution of purchasing, expediting, supplier coordination, and documentation workflows. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement priorities with schedule, cost, and risk requirements. Oversees performance management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve procurement effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads and manages procurement team members, including workload planning, coaching, performance management, and development.
Oversees procurement execution across assigned scope, including purchasing, expediting, supplier coordination, and documentation requirements.
Establishes operating routines for procurement reporting, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication.
Partners with sourcing, risk, finance, and operations stakeholders to align procurement actions with commercial and project requirements.
Reviews and supports resolution of escalated supplier and procurement issues, including quality, delivery, and documentation constraints.
Monitors procurement performance metrics and implements process improvements to enhance cycle time, accuracy, and compliance.
Supports implementation and adoption of procurement tools and systems to improve standardization and reporting.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
7+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations required.
2-4 years of experience leading teams or managing procurement workstreams required.
Experience using procurement systems and ERP tools required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or similar certification preferred.
