Financial Analyst II, SQL
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

$88,221.00 - $132,331.00

What You’ll Be Doing
Performs financial, treasury, and data analytics to support liquidity management, share/deposit reporting, cash forecasting, funding cost analysis, investment reporting, and balance sheet decision-making. Develops reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights to Treasury leadership and business stakeholders.
- Writes and maintains SQL queries, views, and data processes to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Processes and analyzes large data sets for the purposes of gaining important business insights and identifying trends
- Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to support management decision-making
- Prepares accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actuals reports, and ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases
- Supports month-end and year-end close process and performs reconciliations as needed
- Maintains and updates standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions.
- Facilitates project deliverables and testing

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required
- 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries, data validation, joins, aggregations, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dundas, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and core financial statements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Python for streamlining routine reporting, and analytical processes.
