About this role

Acme Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing activities for five of our businesses: Acme Metal Shapes, All America Threaded Products, Coyote Landscape Products, GarageWorks Steel, and Perfection Chain Products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into finished work. You will coordinate campaigns, create content and marketing materials, keep websites and social channels current, support trade shows, and help each business communicate clearly with its customers. You will work closely with sales, customer service, product, and leadership teams to set priorities and ensure materials are accurate and consistent with each brand.

This position has a starting salary range of $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually . The workweek for this position is full-time, Monday-Friday . This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco in Denver, CO .

- Travel to expos, events, and other facilities

Occasional travel to company facilities in Cullman, Alabama, and Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and to industry events and trade shows.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

ACME Manufacturing is home to six businesses, including ACME Metal Shapes, All America Threaded Products, Coyote Landscape Products, GarageWorks Steel, Perfection Chain Products, and Regal Brands. Each division is focused on identifying its core customer segments and establishing a strong brand presence within those segments through multiple marketing channels, including, email, social media, public relations, advertising, and content development.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Build and maintain marketing calendars for the five businesses, coordinating deadlines, content, and campaign launches.

- Create and send email campaigns, including copy, graphics, audience lists, and performance reports.

- Plan, set up, and manage print, paid social, and pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including Google Ads.

- Coordinate ad creative, copy, targeting, budgets and schedules with each businesss sales team.

- Monitor campaign performance, report results, and adjust campaigns to improve leads, sales and return on advertising spend.

- Write and update website copy, product content, newsletters, social posts, and sales materials.

- Design brochures, catalogs, presentations, trade show materials, digital ads, and other marketing assets within each brands guidelines.

- Make routine website updates, such as adding content, images, product information, and links.

- Plan and publish social media content appropriate to each business and its customers.

- Coordinate trade show materials, booth needs, promotional items, and related logistics.

- Plan, shoot, and edit product and event photography and short-form video; coordinate outside production when needed.

- Track website, email, social, and campaign results and recommend practical improvements.

- Work with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and keep marketing information accurate.

- Manage Amazon Seller Central account.

Required Skills & Experience:

- A four-year degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Design or a related field, or four years of relevant experience.

- Strong writing and graphic design skills, including layout, typography, image editing, and creating materials for both print and digital use.

- Experience building and managing email campaigns and business social media accounts.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Mailchimp or a comparable email platform.

- Hands-on experience setting up and managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance reporting.

- Experience coordinating print advertising, including creative development, specifications, deadlines, and placement.

- Hands-on experience updating websites in WordPress and working with e-commerce platforms, including publishing content, images, and links.

- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for routine website and email updates.

- Experience shooting product and special event photography with a DSLR camera, editing images, and producing short-form video.

- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage projects independently across multiple brands and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

- Experience marketing products to business customers, particularly in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or the building trades.

- Google Ads certification.

- Experience with conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Familiarity with SEO and optimizing content for search engines and AI-powered search results.

- Experience coordinating trade shows, from booth materials and logistics to follow-up campaigns.

- Experience creating sales materials for distributors, dealers, or other channel partners.

- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.

- Amazon Seller Central experience.
